About Tayo Richards
Tayo graduated from the Middlesex University with a combined degree in Business Studies and Sociology.
Professionally, she is an experienced administrator that has worked in the leisure industry, public sector, learning and development, telemarketing and investment banking. Her roles have helped her develop her keen sense of business, the ability to design and implement business policies, procedures and systems, a creative mind when it comes to trouble shooting and a very challenging approach to goal setting and action planning.
Her experience as an entrepreneur started in 2002 when she set up her virtual administration business. In the last three years she has shifted to consultancy, specialising in working with new business owners who needed to improve their internal systems or procedures. Interpersonally, she has learnt the importance of communication, appreciates the beauty of working with a committed team and appreciating people's differences. During this time she also used her experience from her six years in learning and development to develop her career management experience. Most of the time she would be sought to redesign a cv and most of the time they would leave with a changed orientation towards their work.
Today Tayo focuses on delivering to her clients purposeful business and career solutions. She is very passionate about providing a consulting service that works and continues to work throughout the lives of her clients.
Tayo is a born again Christian, a Sunday school teacher at Christ Embassy (Battersea Parish) in her 30s, lives in London and is married with 3 children.
